• Exchanges and returns of products are made only with General Post.

• Within Greece, the return of products is free.

• Changes are made within 14 days from the day the receipt states. Within this period we must receive the returned product.

Refund process

• The cost of the return is €6.

• Product returns are only made by General Post.

• The return of the package is made at the recipient’s expense, that is ours, within 14 days from the date indicated on the receipt. Within this period we must have received the returned product.

• For orders where payment has been made via Debit/Credit card, the refund is made to the corresponding account.

• The refund is made on the net value of the products. Any other charges from courier services are non-refundable.

• The refund to your account will be made within 14 days.
